Karen Goode -Owner
I am a lifetime resident of Liberty and Casey County. I grew up on a farm and continue the farming tradition from the sidelines. I am very active in the local community and have served in many capacities at various local organizations. I have also owned my own business and worked in a variety of public jobs in different industries.
After 40 years of working in sales, marketing and customer service, I chose to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent as my retirement job. I love the work I do and have been blessed to work with some amazing buyers and sellers. I've worked with buyers coming from as far as California, Wyoming, Michigan, Oklahoma to purchase property in our beautiful county. I have also had the privilege of working with some of the best folks to sell their homes, farms, and land parcels.
My mission is to continue to serve my clients to the best of my ability and help in the search for their “Forever Home” or “Home away from Home”.

From the airwaves to the countryside, I’ve spent a lifetime connecting with the people of Central Kentucky. My journey in broadcasting began in 1983 when I was just 16, and today I’m proud to manage my hometown station, 98.7 The Buck. Decades on the radio have taught me the power of clear communication, strong community ties, and the importance of local pride—values I now carry into my work in real estate.
I’m excited to be part of the team at Land of Liberty Real Estate, working alongside Karen Goode to help folks buy and sell homes, farms, and land throughout our beautiful region. Outside of work, I’m an active member of Grace Baptist Church, and I enjoy restoring classic cars and riding motorcycles through Kentucky’s scenic backroads.
